Design principle: IPM+ separates the platform control plane from customer workloads. Administrators manage tenants, policies, quotas, observability, and releases. Developers and users consume AI services through stable APIs and governed workflows.

IPM+ logical deployment model

The diagram below shows the standard logical model. Countries and enterprise customers access IPM+ through a protected API and user interface layer. Requests are routed into governed PowerMind services. Platform operations, logs, secrets, policies, and monitoring are handled through common shared services. Workloads run in isolated Kubernetes namespaces or dedicated clusters depending on the deployment profile.

Experience layer

Country teams, developers, admins, and customer users interact through a documentation portal, console, workflow interface, SDK, or REST API. This layer is intentionally simple: users should not need to understand the full AI infrastructure to consume approved services.

Access layer

All inbound traffic passes through a protected gateway. The gateway handles SSO, API keys, tenant routing, rate limits, TLS, request validation, and audit logging before requests reach the AI services.

Service layer

PowerMind services provide reusable AI capabilities: RAG, transcription, document extraction, prediction, model serving, LLM orchestration, workflow publishing, and analytics. Each service exposes a stable API and can be enabled per country or tenant.

Operations layer

Monitoring, logs, traces, secrets, model metadata, workflow orchestration, release control, incident response, and audit evidence are centralized so the platform can be operated like a cloud service rather than a one-off project.

Infrastructure layer

The platform runs on Kubernetes and can use VMs, GPU nodes, object storage, block storage, networking, and managed cloud primitives depending on the deployment target. The software layer remains portable across supported infrastructure profiles.

Tenant and country isolation

Each country or enterprise customer can be deployed as a dedicated tenant. Depending on scale, risk, and regulatory requirements, isolation can be implemented through namespaces, dedicated node pools, dedicated clusters, or fully separated infrastructure accounts/projects. The default model uses namespace-level isolation with RBAC, network policies, separate secret paths, separate storage bindings, and tenant-scoped audit logs.

Deployment profiles

IPM+ can be deployed in different profiles depending on country requirements, customer risk level, workload size, and support model. The same service catalog and API model can be preserved while infrastructure isolation changes underneath.
